Déplacer l'onglet vers le bas

Question

Je souhaite placer une icône + et une icône en forme de crayon sous l'application, similaire à l'image ci-dessous. Quel est le nom du widget de couleur grise? Est-il appelé tabHost? D'après ce que j'ai compris, il est utilisé pour l'onglet Layout avec Swipeable Views?
