Sans utiliser de compilateur C++, mon installation (voir ci-dessous) fonctionne bien (mais lentement bien sûr). Pour accélérer l'exécution, j'ai essayé d'installer TDM-GCC. Ensuite, l'erreur d'importation "DLL load failed" a été affichée. Après avoir passé des heures à lire des guides d'installation, à télécharger OpenBLAS, à expérimenter, à lire des questions/commentaires sur "DLL load failed", je n'ai fait aucun progrès.
