Git: fichier commit avec LR avec msys/cygwin Git

Question

J'ai un script bash sous contrôle de version Git sous Windows (cygwin git). Je voudrais le fichier checkout de repo avec LF (c'est bash script) sur windows (et j'ai core.autocrlf = true). Par conséquent, j'ai le fichier CRLF et le message d'erreur "$ '\ r': command not found" pour le script. Comment je pourrais contourner ce problème?
