Essayer de vérifier si la zone de texte html est vide en utilisant php

J'ai ce code pour vérifier si une zone de texte html est vide ou non. Mais je ne peux pas comprendre ce qui est commun avec le temps et l'adresse d'admission, qu'ils ne semblent pas fonctionner. Si vous faites 'print_r ($ _ POST) ', qu'est-ce que vous obtenez? Placez également les noms de clé entre guillemets, c'est-à-dire '$ _POST ['telnum']' au lieu de '$ _POST [telnum]'. –

Quoi de neuf avec la deuxième <form> contenant juste une entrée cachée et un bouton d'envoi? Ce bouton de soumission appartient à la forme extérieure. (.! Les formulaires ne peuvent pas être imbriquées, de toute façon ne se forme pas à l'intérieur d'autres formes)

Faire ceci:
