J'ai essayé des choses suivantes: désinstaller et installer certifi et toutes les autres étapes mentionnées dans les réponses connexes sur un débordement de pile. Impossible de réparer le problème.

je le même problème, et après quelques recherches, je suis tombé sur cette https://bugs.python.org/issue28150

Il y a une ligne de commande-runnable script ("/ Applications/Python 3.6/Install Certificates.command") que utilise pip pour installer certifici et crée un lien symbolique dans le répertoire OpenSSL pour certifier l'emplacement du paquet installé.

Cela a fonctionné pour moi, peut-être que vous pouvez jeter un oeil.
