La commande Update-Database dans SqlMigrations génère toujours une exception

Question

J'essaie le SqlMigrations package pour EntityFramework 4.1 et suis les étapes dans this tutorial. Je ne peux malheureusement pas obtenir Update-Database pour fonctionner. L'appeler produit toujours la même exception:

Je suis sous Windows XP. Est-il possible que XP ne soit pas supporté?

SqlMigrations dépendent Entity Framework 4.1 Update 1 qui énonce des exigences:

Systèmes d'exploitation supportés: Windows 7, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Vista

Alors il est possible que cela ne fonctionne pas avec Windows XP. Surtout quand l'erreur vient d'ETW, il est plus que prévu que le problème est OS non pris en charge.
