ld: Impossible d'ouvrir le fichier de sortie conftest.exe: Autorisation refusée

Question

En utilisant MSYS2 (version x86_64-20160205) sur Windows 7 64bits, j'essaie de compiler corkscrew.

Je l'ai testé this answer sans succès. Ou pour être plus précis, il passe à l'étape suivante (qui échoue à détecter mon système, qui est plus un problème de config tire-bouchon je pense) au hasard ...

Ce n'est pas un problème de droits car j'ai tous les droits sur ce dossier et j'utilise mon utilisateur pour exécuter ./configure.

Il semble que ld rencontre des problèmes lors de la création d'un fichier exécutable en raison de problèmes d'autorisation. Essayez de créer le programme dans un dossier dont vous êtes sûr (comme C: \ Users \ yourusername) ou essayez d'ajuster les permissions pour le dossier que vous construisez.
