I ont des images squelettisées binaires et j'utilise Mahotas bibliothèque python pour extraire des points d'extrémité et des points ramifiés.Comment puis-je détecter les points après la schématisation d'une image scikit?
Je n'aime pas Mahotas mince fonction (il y a trop de petites branches) et j'ai donc choisi scikit image squelettisent fonction.
Maintenant ennuis commencent: dans certaines images, il ne point plus ramifié extrait. Pourquoi?
Scikit image function accepte à la fois booléenne et des valeurs entières (Mahotas utilise boolean).
