L'état "Réception emplacement BizTalk" reste désactivé malgré l'attribut "Activer" égal à true dans le fichier de liaison

Question

J'ai importé l'exemple de fichier de liaison à partir de "Console d'administration BizTalk Server" -> "Importer -> Liaisons ...".

Il a créé l'emplacement de réception avec succès mais en dépit dans le fichier <Enable>true</Enable>, il a créé des emplacements avec l'état comme désactivé.

Est-il possible de l'activer avec le fichier de liaison?

à mon humble avis n'est pas possible, vous devez importer les liaisons, puis activez l'emplacements de réception par la console d'administration ou PowerShell ou WMI, ...
