Impossible de charger le fichier ou l'assembly 'businesslogic' ou l'une de ses dépendances. L'accès est refusé

Je reçois l'erreur ci-dessus. Je reçois une bonne construction, mais quand je lance une application web, je reçois 'Could not load file or assembly 'businesslogic' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied.'. J'ai donné le Full Control permission aux fichiers ASP.NET temporaires dans le dossier Framework64. Voici les détails de l'erreur. J'ai vérifié la DLL dans un projet séparé. Il n'y a pas d'erreur. J'ai une bonne construction pour la dll du projet businessLogic. Donc je ne comprends pas ce qui pourrait être une erreur.

I have given the Full Control permission to Temporary ASP.NET Files in Framework64 folder.

Pourtant, votre exception indique clairement le chemin n'utilise pas le dossier Framework64:

Vous voudrez peut-être commencer par là et re-vérifier vos autorisations.
