Je suis en train de mettre à jour une application héritée et certaines fonctionnalités détectent la version d'Internet Explorer installée, uniquement pour les rapports d'affichage et d'erreur, car aucun composant n'est requis. Le code utilisé pour la détection de la version IE est essentiellement le code de VBnet - DllGetVersion: Detailed Internet Explorer Version Info (Auteur: Kay-Christian Hansen, VBnet - Randy Birch). Malheureusement, ce code ne détecte pas la version IE supérieure à IE6. Vous pouvez accéder au registre pour le faire.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Version. 

Pour IE 10 et au-dessus, vous devriez vérifier à

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\svcVersion.

Je cherchai autour et je ne pouvais pas vraiment trouver quoi que ce soit. Un peu obscur pour une raison quelconque. J'ai trouvé ce lien où quelqu'un a posté une solution mais je n'ai pas pu le faire fonctionner complètement! :) Je ne suis pas vraiment un gars vb alors peut-être que vous pourriez. J'oubliaient en fait un code au bas de cette page et que le code semble bien fonctionner à obtenir la version de IE. J'ai un peu simplifié son code:
