Comment afficher l'heure avec 'hours: minutes: seconds' dans Rails 3?

Je passais beaucoup de temps pour la réponse à ma question, mais je n'ai rien trouvé.

Comment puis-je afficher le format de l'heure dans 'heures: minutes: secondes', ex .: 20:30:12? J'ai essayé de changer les paramètres régionaux de> heure: "% H:% M"à> heure: "% H:% M:% S"parce que j'ai vu que% S est pour secondes, mais il n'y a aucun effet :(
