La création de la nouvelle version de virtualenv 1.11.5 a échoué avec le problème de setuptools

Question

Cela a fonctionné il y a quelques jours mais la création d'un nouveau ververt vertical aujourd'hui cause cet échec.

L'installation de python-setuptools après l'installation de Python séparément, a également échoué avec le même problème. C'est sur Mac OS.

beaucoup de messages au sujet de cette question, les rétrogradations à virtualenv 1.10.1 semble être une solution.
