alors j'essaie de trouver s'il y a un fichier .c dans le package quicklisp d'origine, mais en fait pas. Pourquoi ce problème s'est-il produit, et hoe est-ce que je le répare?

zmq.h est le fichier qui ne peut pas être trouvé. Vous devez installer une bibliothèque qui fournit ce fichier d'en-tête pour le côté Lisp pour compiler correctement.
