Protocole de fichier avconv avec rw_timeout et suivi

J'utilise avconv pour convertir un webm (en cours d'enregistrement lors de la conversion) en h264. Je souhaite qu'avconv attende pendant l'écriture dans le fichier.

https://libav.org/avconv.html#file dit que je peux utiliser les options follow et rw_timeout. Mais quand je les utilise avec avconv 11.7, je reçois toujours la réponse d'option non-régulée.

avconv -y -follow 1 -i file:/tmp/video/krtv/5405457303486272/recordings/video.webm -s hd720 -r 15 -strict experimental -c:v libx264 -c:a aac /tmp/video/krtv/5405457303486272/sized/video.mp4

Comment utiliser ces options sur le protocole de fichier avec avconv 11.7?

Semble être la version 11.7 ne supporte pas cela. La compilation 12.alpha1 a corrigé ce problème
