Je ne peux pas sembler figurer dehors pour la vie de moi ce que le problème réel est.

Je sais que c'est un peu beaucoup, mais je ne l'ai pas fait auparavant, et toute aide ou pointeur sur l'endroit où mon erreur pourrait être serait apprécié.

Il ressemble à ActiveState est en utilisant VisualStudio pour compiler au lieu de MinGW. Cela peut être un peu un gâchis à nettoyer.

Heureusement, vous pouvez utiliser Perl Package Manager pour installer Par-Packer pour vous. ActiveState a déjà pris la peine de le compiler pour vous.

Entrez simplement ppm Par-Packer à l'invite de commande. Ou utilisez l'interface graphique du gestionnaire de packages Perl. C'est sous l'élément de menu ActiveState dans le menu Démarrer-> Programmes.
