Impossible de charger le fichier ou l'assemblage Common.Logging

Question

J'ai écrit Class Library pour prendre en charge l'écriture d'un journal à l'aide de NLog et de log4net avec Common.Logging. Quand je test avec le projet que j'obtiens l'erreur Could not load file or assembly 'Common.Logging, Version=3.3.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=af08829b84f0328e' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

J'ai eu une exception similaire dans mon programme .Net. J'ai eu et dégradé certains paquets de nuget, ce qui m'a donné l'erreur et un léger mal de tête.

j'ai changé dans mon App.config

Le numéro de version a changé en raison de la mise à niveau NuGet et ne est pas revenu au cours de la révision à la baisse.
