Au moins un problème avec votre code dans CreateChildControls est qu'il s'agit d'un mélange de création de contrôle et de code de liaison de données. Ceci n'est pas approprié, car ViewState est chargé entre la création du contrôle et la liaison de données!

Fractionnez votre code dans le code de création de contrôle (CreateChildControls) et le code de liaison de données, en cours d'exécution plus tard dans le cycle de vie de la page. L'événement load est un bon endroit pour la liaison de données.

De plus, assurez-vous que CreateChildControls est réellement appelé avant que vos contrôles ne soient utilisés. Je préfère appeler EnsureChildControls dans la page init.
