Les espaces de noms PHP sont sensibles à la casse. Il semble que vous ayez fait une erreur dans le fichier config/app.php lors de la définition du fournisseur de services pour le package Paypalpayment.

Il devrait être:

Anouar\Paypalpayment\PaypalpaymentServiceProvider::class 

au lieu de:

anouar\Paypalpayment\PaypalpaymentServiceProvider::class
