Le tableau de bord openstack donne une erreur interne au serveur

Question

Lorsque j'essaie d'ouvrir le tableau de bord, cela provoque une erreur interne du serveur. Il fonctionnait bien plus tôt mais soudainement cette erreur s'est produite.

Si vous Google pour cette erreur, vous trouverez un bug report sur Launchpad, avec une longue série décousue de commentaires. Le dernier dit:

From the responses here it seems that the root issue with those encountering this "bug" is that their Horizon installation is missing some dependency, and installing that dependency fixes the issue.

The error reported "ImportError: cannot import name base" is a symptom of the failure to load all dependent modules.

The cause therefore would appear to be incomplete or erroneous installation documentation.

En bref, vérifiez que vous avez installé les versions correctes de toutes les dépendances pour Horizon. Un deuxième bug report peut offrir plus d'indices.
