Lorsque vous téléchargez python https://www.python.org/downloads/windows/ il devrait être installé automatiquement. Vous pouvez rechercher "inactif" dans la barre de recherche Windows et il devrait apparaître.
Vous auriez dû dire comment vous avez installé Python. –
