PHP Desktop Chrome a cessé de fonctionner

Question

j'ai utilisé php desktop application pour codeigniter projet correctement son travail

maintenant j'utilisé inno setup pour créer la configuration pour la configuration php desktop application

inno: step for inno setup

je dois suivre toute l'étape et l'installation a été créé, mais après l'exécution de l'application ne fonctionne pas et en dessous de l'erreur générer

Méthode 1 - Réinstaller google chrome ou mettre à niveau Google Chrome

(1) Go to “control panel –> Programs and features –> Select google chrome” to uninstall it. 
(2) Now go to this path in your local computer “C:Program FilesGoogle” and delete “Chrome” folder. If you are using 64 bit computer then path of the folder will be ” C:Program Files (x86)Google”. 
(3) Now, Go here and download latest version of google chrome and install it. 
(4) Restart your computer after reinstalling google chrome and check whether problem is resolved or not. 

Méthode 2 - Effacer les cookies et désactiver les extensions indésirables et des applications

(1) Click on this icon (Top right side of gogole chrome) –> go to settings –> Show advanced settings
