Quand je l'aide du gestionnaire de charmille d'installer le paquet « animate », Il y a une exception:dans VS2017 charmille ne fonctionne pas

Je ne sais pas pourquoi bower.cmd pas modifié bower.json en projet. Il semble vouloir modifier le temp bower.json (que je ne trouve pas, en utilisant le chemin fourni par bower logger).
Comment le résoudre? et Pourquoi le gestionnaire de paquets de bower n'est pas facile à utiliser?
