Où est boost :: lambda :: ll?

Je n'arrive pas à trouver boost :: lambda :: ll pour une invocation ll :: for_each() imbriquée dans n'importe quel fichier d'en-tête de la distribution boost_1_39_0. Quelqu'un pourrait-il me diriger vers la bonne direction? Merci.
