En supposant que vous souhaitez utiliser une API pris en charge, je crois que vous avez besoin soit le Virtual Disk Service ou Windows Storage Management Provider en fonction de la version de Windows. Au meilleur de ma connaissance, il n'y a pas de code de contrôle E/S pour le formatage des partitions. Probablement parce que cela impliquerait que le code de formatage fasse partie du pilote du système de fichiers, ce qui signifie qu'il serait toujours dans la mémoire (virtuelle), ce qui serait inefficace pour les fonctionnalités qui sont utilisées très rarement.
