Erreur Microsoft AdControl: Aucune annonce disponible. Aucune information supplémentaire

Question

J'ai une application Windows que je n'ai pas mise à jour depuis un moment. Cette application contient quelques annonces et depuis 8 jours, les revenus de l'application sont passés à 0 et l'espace publicitaire est noir. Si je déboguer mon application le AdControl produit l'erreur suivante:

Microsoft AdControl error: No ad available. No additional information 

J'ai vérifié avec Microsoft et je suis en utilisant le kit de développement correct de la publicité. Ce qui est étrange, c'est que je ne vois plus mes AdUnits sur le portail des développeurs. Si je crée un nouvel adunit et l'ajoute à mon application, j'obtiens la même erreur. J'ai contacté Microsoft à ce sujet et ils disent que certaines choses ont changé de leur côté, mais si elles augmentent, cela pourrait prendre jusqu'à 4 semaines. C'est donc inutile.

Alors je me demandais si quelqu'un d'autre a récemment rencontré ce problème et sait peut-être une solution à ce problème?

Je reçu un courriel de Microsoft indiquant ce qui suit:

Thank you for creating the new ad unit and testing it in your app. Since the integration of pubCenter with DevCenter, only newly created ad units show in reporting. It’s a known issue and the solution from the ads team is to create new ad units, so that they will show on the dashboard. I know this is not ideal and that fact has been noted. Occasionally an older ad unit will still show in the dashboard (for example, today I checked all of your ad units and was only able to see those for two of your apps on the advertising performance page. If any of your other ad units were created post Dev Center/pubCenter integration, please let me know and for those I can escalate for those ad units. Otherwise, the correct page to view your ad units reporting moving forward is here https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/analytics/adperformance . Also, only ad units created after pubCenter/Dev Center integration will show under the individual product (app name > monetization > monetize with ads) as well, so this is expected behavior. Again, I am sorry for any inconvenience. I’m still awaiting an update from the investigating team about the ads not showing for your app. I understand that this is causing you to lose revenue and it’s my goal to see this resolved for you as quickly as possible. I’ll check in with you again the beginning of next week.

Pour quelqu'un d'autre qui a couru dans cette même question: Apparemment, Microsoft a fait un peu de désordre lors de l'intégration pubCenter avec DevCenter causant des recettes d'application tomber soudainement à zéro. Je vais mettre à jour ce post la semaine prochaine, j'espère que tout fonctionne bien d'ici là.

Mise à jour: J'ai créé de nouveaux adunits et mis à jour mon application mais toujours pas de revenus, pour 13 jours maintenant. Microsoft vraiment foiré sur celui-ci, est incapable de résoudre le problème et le support est lent et ne sait rien ...

Mise à jour: une semaine plus tard, et Microsoft n'a toujours pas trouvé le problème, absolument sans espoir ...
