L'installation de Windows Azure WebPi échoue pour la version Nov 2011

Question

Quoi que j'essaie, il semble que le programme d'installation de Web pour la version d'Azure Novembre 2011 continue d'échouer. Cela lui le fichier journal que je reçois de WebPI:
