S'il vous plaît utiliser

preg_replace() 

au lieu de

ereg_replace() 

Cette fonction est OBSOLETE depuis PHP 5.3.0.

D'après ce que vous avez publié, il n'a pas une erreur réelle qui a eu lieu, mais un message d'avertissement, à moins que votre configuration est la configuration pour erreur sur les avertissements.
