) et je ne comprends pas pourquoi. J'ai cherché dans plusieurs sites mais je n'ai pas encore trouvé de solution.

Il s'agit probablement d'une application de sécurité qui essaie de protéger votre machine. Peut-être Bitdefender, selon https://superuser.com/questions/1018133/windows-10-hosts-file-entries-been-commented-out, mais il y a probablement d'autres programmes qui font cela aussi. – CBroe
