Comment installer Python 2.7 mysql sur Digital Ocean

J'ai essayé d'installer MySQL en utilisant cette commande dans ma goutte sur Digital Ocean:

pip install MySQL-python 

Mais il ne fonctionne pas et afficher ce message:

pourrait problème avec les paramètres régionaux. essayez ceci:

$ export LC_ALL=C
