asp.net page web d'affichage ne marche pas lorsqu'il est connecté à Internet

j'ai développé un site Web en asp.net quand je désactiver ma connexion Internet, il fonctionne mais sinon quand je suis connecté à Internet j'obtenir cette erreur:

Quel pourrait être le problème?

Essayez-vous de passer par un proxy? Si c'est le cas, désactivez-le pour les adresses locales.
