System.NotImplementedException Erreur WPF

Question

im des problèmes, im suivre ce tutoriel où im en savoir plus sur WPF sur ce lien: https://www.tutorialspoint.com/mvvm/mvvm_view_viewmodel_communication.htm, mais quand im exécution, il renvoie une erreur:

Je ne comprends pas où est le problème ...

Explicitement ajouter public gestionnaire d'événements

public event EventHandler CanExecuteChanged = delegate { };
