XAMPP Apache ne démarre pas après avoir ajouté l'alias phpPgAdmin

Question

Je souhaite installer phpPgAdmin avec XAMPP sous Windows. Après avoir fait toutes les étapes, mon module Apache sur XAMPP ne démarre pas. J'ai eu cette erreur log

J'ai essayé de supprimer l'alias phpPgAdmin de httpd-xamp.conf, et cela a fonctionné à nouveau, mais mon phpPgAdmin ne fonctionnera pas (évidemment). J'ai décommenté la php_pgsql.dll et l'extension php_pdo_pgsql.dll à php.ini

extension=php_pdo_sqlite.dll 
extension=php_pgsql.dll 

Voici ma configuration sur config.inc.php du dossier phpPgAdmin

Ceci est ma configuration alias sur-httpd xampp.conf

Je suis nouveau avec XAMPP et PHP, donc je ne sais pas quel est le problème. Quelqu'un peut-il aider?

Je ne sais pas si ma réponse est pas trop tard, mais il faut juste changer les accolades “” dans vos chemins pour les réguliers "", comme celui-ci

"C:/xampp/phppgadmin/"
