Si Statut Est-ce que ne permet pas null, chaque ligne est vrai ou faux

update table set firstname = 'fname'; 

Si l'état ne permet nulle alors

update table set firstname = 'fname' where status is not null; 

si vous avez différentes mises à jour pour des valeurs différentes, puis il suffit d'utiliser deux mises à jour

update table set firstname = 'fnameT' where status = 'true'; 
update table set firstname = 'fnameF' where status = 'false';
