Comment utiliser webcam projet angularCli (angular4)

Question

-je NG2 webcam dans mon application angularcli mais il donne l'erreur:

./~/ng2-webcam/lib/fallback/jscam.swf Module parse failed: /node_modules/ng2-webcam/lib/fallback/jscam.swf Une xpected character ' You may need an appropriate loader to handle this file type.

Comment résoudre ce problème? Ou comment utiliser intégrer webcam dans le projet cli?
