pourquoi vous installez 36? au lieu de 27? votre script python ressemble à 2.7 – orvi

Vous avez un fichier de roue qui attend une version différente de Python.

Le cp36, indique CPython 3.6, c'est-à-dire Python 3.6. Vous utilisez Python 2.7.

soit à jour votre version Python, ou plus convenablement, obtenir un fichier de roue de la version correcte de PyPI https://pypi.python.org/pypi/Pillow/4.0.0
