Read over the ListLayers documentation - il appelle un MXD en tant que paramètre et n'est pas utilisé comme attribut d'un objet Layer.

La syntaxe:

ListLayers (map_document_or_layer, {wildcard}, {data_frame}) 

Donc, vous voulez probablement quelque chose le long des lignes de:

linesSublayer = arcpy.mapping.ListLayers(SA_layer_object, "Lines")[0]
