Accéder à JIRA via Internet (à distance) hébergé par ec2 aws (Windows Server 2008)

J'ai un problème pour accéder à JIRA à distance.

Mon EC2 Micro Configuration Instance: Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 avec SQL Server Express et IIS

Je peux voir le port JIRA localement à

http://localhost:8080/jira, but cannot see remotely from any of these links: 
http://domain.com:8080/jira 
http://elasticIP:8080/jira 
http://awsPublicDNS:8080/jira 
http://domain/jira 
http://elasticIP/jira 
http://awsPublicDNS/jira 

8080 est ouvert et je n'ai pas de problème sur ces .

Vérifiez si le pare-feu Windows est activé.
