Ajouter un rembourrage au-dessus du contenu égale à la hauteur du actionBar pour le neutraliser:

remplacer également tous les fill_parent avec match_parent comme c'est déprécié et les deux font les mêmes choses.

Je pense que la barre d'outils chevauche votre présentation de contenu. Il suffit d'ajouter le app:layout_behavior="@string/appbar_scrolling_view_behavior" à la racine RelativeLayout, ne pas utiliser de remplissage.
