Exportation de tableaux vers Excel/Mot en utilisant POI

Question

Je souhaite que le code exporte des tableaux/rapports vers Excel et Word à l'aide de POI. J'ai vu les exemples fournis avec POI mais je ne pouvais pas comprendre. Quelqu'un peut-il me fournir un code petit/facile à faire la même chose.
