Haystack + Whoosh IndexError: Index a été créé sur une architecture avec des données différentes tailles

Lors de la reconstruction mes indices via ./manage.py rebuild_index je reçois cette erreur:

Vous avez probablement rétrogradé de whoosh à 0.3.18 1.0.0, mais il existe des fichiers d'index buggés déjà créés sur le chemin que vous avez défini par HAYSTACK_WHOOSH_PATH. Rendez simplement ce répertoire vide et réessayez.
